The area is conveniently accessible – it is located near the regional road No. 241 (with direct exit), in the vicinity of the national road No. 25 (64 km away from Bydgoszcz and 106 km away from Toruń) and it includes about 31 hectares of land, out of which 7.4 ha has been equipped with service infrastructure.
  • The industrial park includes the plots owned by the
    Sępólno Krajeńskie Commune, private entities and the National Support Centre for Agriculture with a total surface area of approximately 31 hectares. The area in question is covered by a local zoning plan of land area designed for craftsman’s facilities according to the Resolution No. XX/162/08 of the City Council of Sępólno Krajeńskie of 29 May 2008. (Journal of Laws of 2008, Item 1579).
  • Doing business in the Sępólno Industrial Park allows you to operate within the framework of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone on preferential terms. Entrepreneurs can benefit from state aid in the form of exemption from income tax (PIT or CIT)
